六步癌症告知模型干预应用于肺癌介入治疗患者的效果评价

Effect evaluation of six-step cancer-notification model intervention applied in patients with lung cancer interventional therapy

目的探讨六步癌症告知模型(SPIKES)干预对肺癌介入治疗患者心理状态、希望水平及生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2021年4月在医院进行肺癌介入治疗的136例患者为研究对象,按照性别、年龄、受教育程度、疾病类型匹配的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组68例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用SPIKES干预。比较两组患者入院时及告知病情后心理状态、希望水平及生活质量。结果入院时,两组患者心理状态、希望水平及生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);告知后,观察组患者各维度心理状态评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),希望水平及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌介入治疗患者实施SPIKES干预,能够在一定程度上改善患者心理状态,同时帮助患者树立更高希望水平,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of six-step cancer-notifi cation model(SPIKES)intervention on the psychological state,hope level and quality of life of patients with lung cancer undergoing interventional therapy.Methods A total of 136 patients with lung cancer interventional therapy in the hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the matching principle of gender,age,education level and disease type,with 68 cases of patients in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received SPIKES intervention.The psychological state,hope level and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared at the time of admission and after being informed of their illness.Results There was no signifi cant diff erence in the scores of psychological state,hope level and quality of life between the two groups at admission(P>0.05).After being informed,the psychological state scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the hope level and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The SPIKES intervention applied in patients with lung cancer interventional therapy can improve the psychological state of the patients to a certain extent,and at the same time help the patients to establish a higher level of hope and improve the quality of life.
