团体心理护理模式对尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者的影响

Effect of group psychological nursing mode on patients undergoing intravesical chemotherapy after transurethral resection of bladder tumor

目的探讨团体心理护理模式对尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者不良情绪、依从性及应对方式的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月医院62例经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗的患者作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征均衡可比的原则将患者分为对照组与观察组,各31例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施团体心理护理模式,观察并比较两组患者不良情绪、依从性及应对方式的变化。结果干预后,观察组患者的负性情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05),正性情绪评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者应对方式优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗的患者实施团体心理护理,可有效减轻其心理负担与痛苦、困惑等负性情绪,促进其正面积极的应对方式及治疗依从性,进而提高生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of group psychological nursing mode on the adverse mood,compliance and coping style of patients undergoing intravesical chemotherapy after transurethral resection of bladder tumor.Methods A total of 62 patients in the hospital who received intravesical chemotherapy after transurethral resection of bladder tumors from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of balance and comparability of basic characteristics between groups,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given the group psychological nursing model on this basis,and the changes in adverse emotions,compliance and coping styles of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After the intervention,the negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the positive emotion score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the treatment compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the coping style of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of group psychological care for patients undergoing intravesical chemotherapy after transurethral resection of bladder tumor can effectively reduce their psychological burden,pain,confusion and other negative emotions,promote their positive and positive coping styles and treatment compliance,and further improve the quality of life.
