Rural talents are the new force for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.How to cul-tivate high-quality rural talents is of great significance for the promotion of rural economic and social develop-ment.Based on the practical needs of rural revitalization and combined with the characteristics and advantages of higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the role of higher vocational colleges in cultivating rural tal-ents.
