乡村医生订单培养的“襄职模式”

The Xiangyang Polytechnic Mode for Order-oriented Cultivation of Rural Doctors

为了突破乡村卫生服务体系建设中出现的人才短缺瓶颈,襄阳市和宜昌市人民政府委托襄阳职业技术学院,通过免费订单定向的方式,培养了一批乡村医生。主要采取实地访谈、问卷调查、对照实验等方法,研制人才培养方案,探索人才培养模式、招生模式和经费筹措机制,不仅为本地农村培养了一批急需的乡村医生,研制了一批特色课程和特色教材,还构建了乡村医生培养的“襄职模式”,为本地农村精准脱贫贡献了“襄职”力量。

In order to break through the bottleneck of talent shortage in the construction of rural health ser-vice system, Xiangyang Municipal People's Government and Yichang Municipal People's Government entrusted Xiangyang Polytechnic to train a number of rural doctors through free order-oriented cultivation. By means of on the-spot interviews, questionnaire surveys, comparative experiments and other methods, Xiangyang Polytechnic has developed talent training program, and explored the talent training mode, enrollment mode and funding mech-anism. By doing this, it has not only cultivated a number of urgently needed rural doctors for the local rural areas, and developed a number of characteristic courses and teaching materials, but also constructed a "Xiangyang Poly-technic mode" for the training of rural doctors, contributing its effort to the targeted poverty alleviation in the lo-cal rural areas.
