摘要
从2014年起,湖北省开展初中起点五年制“3+2”中高职分段培养试点工作。试点工作开展以来取得了较好的成效,但也存在一些问题。中高职学校对“3+2”模式探研不够,执行不力,出现人才培养目标不明确、教育教学的运行管理各自为阵、培养过程和知识传授不能有效衔接等问题。文章通过对“3+2”中高职分段一体化贯通培养模式存在问题的研究,提出解决问题的对策方法。
Since 2014,five-year"3+2"secondary and higher vocational education training pilot work has been implemented in Hubei junior middle schools,which has achieved good results,but there are also some prob-lems.The"3+2"mode has not been deeply explored,the talent training goals are not clear,education and teach-ing runs respectively,training process and knowledge transfer can not effectively connect.Through the study of the mode,this paper puts forward some countermeasures.
