涉农高职创新创业人才培养的思考--以湖南省高职院校为例

Thinking on the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Tal⁃ents in Higher Vocational Education Related to Agriculture--A Case Study of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hunan Province

涉农高职推进创新创业培养是响应国家号召的有力行动,破解“三农”问题的现实需要,解决就业困境与经济调整的必然趋势。当前湖南省涉农高职创业人才培养存在师资队伍薄弱、课程设置欠缺、第二堂课实践断层等问题。涉农高职将对涉农专业学生的创业教育进行教改,培养有服务三农意识的技能型毕业生,创业教育与专业建设特色将密不可分。同时将加强师资队伍建设,优化课程体系设置。

Promoting innovation and entrepreneurship training in agriculture-related higher vocational col-leges is a powerful action to respond to the call of the country,to solve the realistic needs of"agriculture,rural ar-eas and farmers",and to solve the employment dilemma and the inevitable trend of economic adjustment.At pres-ent,the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in agriculture-related higher vocational colleges in Hunan province has some problems,such as weak teaching staff,lack of curriculum,and fault of the second class practice.Agri-culture-related higher vocational education will reform the entrepreneurship education of agriculture-related ma-jors and cultivate skilled graduates with the awareness of serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Then entre-preneurship education will be closely related to the characteristics of professional construction,and at the same time,it will strengthen the construction of teachers,optimize the curriculum system and so on.
