摘要
从特殊教育专业群建设的社会发展需求和人才培养背景出发,深化政校企行四方联动,构建“普特融合、职教云+、协同培养”的卓越高素质融合教育教师人才培养模式,并对实施成效进行了三方面的总结提炼,以期对同类专业群的构建具有借鉴价值。
This article,from the social development needs of special education professional group construc-tion and talents training background,deepens the integration of government,colleges,enterprises and industries,constructs the excellent and high quality integrated education teacher training mode based on"ordinary and spe-cial education fusion,vocational education cloud+,collaborative culture",and summarizes the implementation effect,in order to provide reference value for the construction of similar professional groups.
