预康复在中年择期脑动脉瘤栓塞手术患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Pre-rehabilitation in Middle-aged Patients Undergoing Elective Cerebral Aneurysm Embolization

目的探究预康复理念在中年择期脑动脉瘤栓塞手术患者中的应用效果。方法将2020年9月至2021年4月在宜昌市中心人民医院收治的因颅内动脉瘤接受栓塞治疗的82例患者按照入院顺序随机分为两组,对照组(n=41)实施常规术前宣教,预康复组(n=41)在实施常规术前宣教的基础上给与以运动为核心的康复训练。观察两组患者疼痛程度、住院天数、并发症出现情况、6MWD。结果预康复组术后疼痛程度(VAS评分)、住院天数、并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),预康复组术后一周6MWD显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预康复理念的运用可有效缓解患者疼痛程度、减少住院天数、降低并发症发生率,还可促进患者运动能力的恢复,具有临床借鉴意义。

Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of pre-rehabilitation in middle-aged patients undergoing elective cerebral aneurysm embolization.Methods 82 patients who received embolization treatment for intracranial aneurysms in Yichang Central People's Hospital from 2020.9 to 2021.4 were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The control group(n=41)carried out routine preoper-ative education,and the pre-rehabilitation group(n=41)was given exercise-focused rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The pain degree,hospitalization days,and complications of the two groups were ob-served,6MWD.Results The postoperative pain degree(VAS score),hospitalization days,and complication rate of the pre-rehabilitation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative 6MWD of the pre-rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The application of the concept of pre-rehabilitation can effectively relieve the pain degree of patients,re-duce the number of hospitalization days,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the recovery of pa-tients'exercise capacity,which has clinical reference significance.
