关于党建引领乡村振兴的探索与思考--以湖北省襄阳市为例

Exploration and Thinking about Party Construction Leading Rural Revitalization--Take Xiangyang City in Hubei Province as an Example

乡村振兴战略不是另起炉灶,而是脱贫攻坚基础上的延续和深化,是新时代我国“三农”工作的总抓手。坚持党建引领,是保持乡村振兴发展方向、取得乡村振兴实效的根本保证。要坚持把党的领导贯穿乡村振兴全过程、各方面,将党的政治优势、组织优势和密切联系群众优势转化为乡村振兴的发展效能。目前,党建引领乡村振兴过程中面临的主要问题为组织领导不到位、资源要素不到位、作用发挥不到位,后期要加强组织领导、加强资源要素供给、加强示范带动作用,为实现乡村振兴凝聚强大力量。

The rural revitalization strategy is not to start all over again,but to continue and deepen poverty alleviation.It is the overall focus of China's work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.Adherence to the guidance of Party building is the fundamental guarantee for maintaining the direction of rural revitalization and achieving tangible results.We should ensure that the Party's leadership runs through the whole process and all aspects of rural revitalization,and turn the Party's advantages in politics,organization and close ties with the masses into development efficiency in rural revitalization.At present,the main problems faced in the process of the Party building leading rural revitalization are insufficient organizational leadership,insufficient re-source elements and insufficient role play.In the later stage,it is necessary to strengthen the organizational lead-ership,the supply of resource elements and the demonstration and leading role,so as to gather powerful forces for the realization of rural revitalization.
