Research on Enterprise Supply Chain Reform Under the Background of New Infrastructure

新基建所形成的新型基础设施将改变企业供应链的管理和运作方式,带动供应链的新一轮变革。本文从政治、经济、社会、技术四个方面探讨了新基建背景下企业实施供应链变革面临的机会,分析了以信息技术和数字经济为背景的新型基础设施发展条件下企业供应链变革的趋势和方向。针对当前新基建的现状和企业供应链管理的普遍状况,指出了企业供应链变革所面临的一系列挑战与限制因素,在此基础上提出了加快信息技术与产业融合以及加强供应链管理的信息技术建设等政策建议,以推动企业供应链的变革。

The new infrastructure formed by the new infrastructure will change the management and operation mode of the enterprise supply chain and drive a new round of reform of the supply chain.This paper discusses the opportunities for enterprises to implement supply chain reform under the background of new infrastructure from four aspects of politics,economy,society and technology,and analyzes the trend and direction of enterprise supply chain reform under the development of new infrastructure under the background of high-tech and digital economy.In view of the current situation of new infrastructure construction and the general situation of enterprise supply chain management,this paper points out a series of challenges and restrictive factors faced by enterprise supply chain reform.On this basis,policy suggestions such as accelerating the integration of information technology and industry and strengthening the information technology construction of supply chain management are put forward to promote the reform of enterprise supply chain.
