主成分分析探讨北京市院外急救服务能力的影响因素

Principal component analysis on influencing factors of pre-hospital emergency service ability in Beijing

目的运用主成分分析法研究影响北京市院外急救服务能力的主要影响因素,为院外急救事业的发展提出对策。方法通过筛选北京市120/999紧急医疗救援联合指挥平台中的部分指标,收集2019-2020年数据,运用SPSS 22.0进行主成分分析,将8项原始数据转化为3个主成分。结果急救资源配置、急救运行效率、院外院内衔接等因素对北京市院外急救服务能力具有较大影响。结论结合分析院外急救服务能力的影响因素,推动院外急救体系建设,提高院外急救服务能力,提升患者满意度。

Objective To study the main factors influencing the ability of pre-hospital emergency service in Beijing by principal component analysis,and to provide countermeasures for the development of the hospital emergency service.Methods Data of 2019-2020 were collected by screening some indicators of Beijing 120/999 Emergency Medical Res⁃cue Joint Command Platform,SPSS 22.0 was used for principal component analysis and 8 items of original data were transformed into 3 principal components.Results First aid resource allocation,first aid operation efficiency,pre-hospi⁃tal and inhospital connection and other factors have a great impact on the ability of pre-hospital first aid and service in Beijing.Conclusion Combined with the analysis of the factors affecting the ability of pre-hospital first aid service,the construction of pre-hospital,first aid system was promoted,improve the ability of pre-hospital emergency services and improve patient satisfaction.
