摘要
目的探究不同官兵学习动机差异,为提升战现场一线救治能力训练训练效果提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,选择来自五支海军部队的官兵共496名为研究对象,基于“注意、相关、自信、满足感”(ARCS)动机模型设计问卷,从注意、相关、自信、满足感四个维度展开调查研究。结果不同军龄段(P<0.001)和学历组(P<0.05)在各维度得分差异均存在统计学意义;9~12年、≥13年军龄组和高中及初中以下学历组在各维度得分均在平均分之下;男性官兵各维度得分均高于女性官兵(P<0.05)。结论战现场急救技术教学训练的开展和教学资源的构建应符合官兵心理规律、贴合目标人群特征、满足不同学习需求。
Objective To explore the relevance between the motivation of learning Naval Combat Casualty Care and de⁃mographic variables,and to provide references for improving the training effects.Methods Using convenience sam⁃pling method,a total of 496 Naval officers and soldiers were involved in the research.Based on the Attention,Rele⁃vance,Confidence,Satisfaction Motivation Model(ARCS Motivation Model),a questionnaire was designed to conduct investigation on four dimensions,attention,relevance,confidence and satisfaction.Results Different military age groups(F=5.52~7.12,P<0.001)and education level group(F=3.34~5.73,P<0.05)had statistically significant differenc⁃es in scores in each dimension;9-12 years,≥13 years of military age group as well as senior and junior education level group were below the average score;male subjects had higher scores in all dimensions than female(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion The improvement of Naval Combat Casualty Care training and learning resources construction should conform to the psychological laws,fit the characteristics of the target population,and meet different learning needs.
