航天型号发射失败的内在逻辑——偶然中有必然,必然中有逻辑

摘要 航天工程是当今世界最具挑战性的高科技领域之一,具有探索性、先进性、高风险等突出特点,追求"高质量、高可靠"和"一次成功、次次成功"是航天人不懈努力奋斗的目标。但航天型号发射从来都不是一帆风顺的,其中不乏因发射失利导致人员伤亡的重大事故。通过对国外航空航天重大事故案例的分析,从技术与产品逻辑、系统工程逻辑和人文逻辑3个维度,揭示了导致航天型号发射失败的成因和内在规律,以供航天型号研制和管理人员参考借鉴。 Aerospace engineering is one of the most challenging high technology fields in the world,it has the outstanding characteristics of exploration, advanced and high risks, and pursuit of high quality,high reliability and succeeded in one time, succeeded every time is the goal of all spaceflight people’s unremitting efforts. But space project launch is never plain sailing, there is no lack of failure launches which lead to the major accident of casualties. Through analysis the major accident cases of the foreign aviation and aerospace field,from the three dimensions of technology and product logic,system engineering logic and humanistic logic,it reveals the causes and the inherent laws which lead to the failure launched of space project to provide a beneficial reference of the aerospace project development and management personnel.
