摘要
以国内某涡轴发动机的燃气涡轮为研究对象,研究考虑实际加工偏差的该涡轮的性能可靠性。首先针对60个实际加工涡轮叶片的测量点数据,利用CFX软件对这些涡轮分别进行计算流体动力学(CFD)性能仿真计算;然后采用参数估计和假设检验等方法求得这些涡轮的绝热效率的分散情况(概率密度函数),进而对其性能可靠性进行评估;最后采用控制变量的方法,分别研究涡轮静子叶片和转子叶片的前缘、尾缘、叶背、叶盆,以及叶尖间隙的实际加工偏差对该涡轮性能的影响大小。研究结果表明,该涡轮的性能可靠度约为93%,且加工偏差导致的绝热效率的平均下降量约为0.73%;此外叶尖间隙、转子尾缘的实际加工偏差对涡轮的性能影响最大,其次是静子叶背。
This paper takes the turbine of a turboshaft engine in China as the research object,and studies the performance-reliability of this turbine considering actually machined deviations. First of all, according to the data of the measurement points of 60 actually machined turbine blades, this paper uses CFX software to calculate the performance of these turbines;afterwards, using methods of parameter estimation, hypothesis testing and so on, the distribution( probability density function) of adiabatic efficient of these turbines is obtained, then evaluates its performance-reliability;finally, The method of controlling variables is used to study the influences of actually machined deviation of the leading edge, the trailing edge, the blade back, the blade pot of stator and rotor and blade tip clearance on the performance of this turbine. The results show that the performance-reliability of this turbine is about 93%, and the average reduction in adiabatic efficiency due to machined deviations is about 0.73%;In addition, the actually machined deviations of the blade tip clearance and rotor trailing edge have the greatest impact on the performance of the turbine, followed by the stator blade back.
