摘要
航天产品具有工艺复杂、小批量、多品种、高可靠性等特点。为满足产品生产过程"符合要求、一次做对"的理念,提出了从产品生产过程中的"人、机、料、法、环" 5个维度逐一进行过程失效模式与影响分析(PFMEA),并对结果进行评价,针对高风险制定相应措施,避免或降低风险的发生,不断迭代,持续改进的一种质量控制方法。
Aerospace products have the characteristics of complex process, small batch, variety and high reliability. In order to meet the product production process the concept of "meet the requirements,do it right once",This paper puts forward a quality control method that carries out PFMEA analysis one by one from the five dimensions of "human, machine, material, method and environment" in the product production process,evaluates the results,and formulates corresponding measures for high risk to avoid or reduce the risk,continuous iteration,continuous improvement.
