摘要
本实验主要研究了实验室自制新型油溶性二硫化钼,探究了样品添加量、超声时间、离心时间对油溶性二硫化钼分散稳定性的影响规律,结果显示,在质量分数为0.6%~1.2%、超声功率500W、超声时间30min和转速2000r·min^(-1)、离心时间90min的实验条件下,实验室自制油溶性二硫化钼无明显沉淀,具有良好的分散稳定性,为其下一步在润滑油的实际应用上提供了基础理论支持。
This experiment mainly studied the laboratory’s self-made new oil-soluble molybdenum disulfide,and explored the influence of sample addition,ultrasonic time,and centrifugal time on the dispersion stability of oil-soluble molybdenum disulfide.The results showed that the mass fraction was 0.6%~1.2%.,Under the experimental conditions of ultrasonic power of 500 W,ultrasonic time of 30 min and 2000 r·min^(-1) speed of centrifugal time of 90 min,the laboratory-made oil-soluble molybdenum disulfide has no obvious precipitation and has good dispersion stability,which provides a basic theory for its next practical application in lubricating oil support.
