微波消解法联合ICP-AES监测工业区土壤中铜、镍、钴、钒和铅等微量重金属残留 被引量:2

摘要 目的实验开发一种采用微波消解法联合ICP-AES法定量测定Cu、Ni、Co、V和Pb等金属残留的分析方法。结果Cu、Ni、Co、V和Pb金属质量浓度在0.01~4.0μg·mL^(-1)范围具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.995;检测限(mg·kg^(-1)):铜0.0016、镍0.0014、钴0.0021、钒0.0025、铅0.0012;加标回收率平均值在90.6%~102.8%;精密度RSD(n=6)均小于5.0%。结论实验结果证明,该方法具有简便、准确、快速等特点,可以用于工业区土壤等样品中重金属残留的监测,为工业区土壤环境保护提供技术参考。 OBJECTIVE To explore a microwave digestion combined inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES)method for monitoring residue of trace heavy metals such as Cu,Ni,Co,V and Pb in the soil of industrial areas.RESULTS Cu,Ni,Co,V and Pb showed good linear relationships in the concentration range 0.01~4.0μg·mL^(-1),with correlation coefficients were all above 0.995.Detection limits(mg·kg^(-1))were as follows:Cu:0.0016、Ni:0.0014、Co:0.0021、V:0.0025 and Pb:0.0012.Average recoveries were ranged from 90.6%~102.8%.The RSD of precision were less than 5%(n=6).CONCLUSION This method was proved to be simple,accurate and fast,which can be used for monitoring of heavy metal residues in soil samples of industrial areas,and provides a technical reference for soil environmental protection in industrial areas.
