摘要
从活性污泥中筛选出6株好氧反硝化细菌,对此6株菌进行单株菌的碳源、C/N比、pH值、接种量、温度等因素对脱氮效果的影响实验。选择适用性好的3株菌组成复合菌群,探究其NO_(3)-N的去除效果。实验结果表明,当柠檬酸钠为唯一碳源,C/N比为4,温度为30℃,pH值为8,接种体积百分比为2%时,培养48h,复合菌的NO_(3)-N的去除率可达98.6%。
Six aerobic denitrifying bacteria were screened from activated sludge,and the effects of carbon source,C/N ratio,pH value,inoculum amount and temperature on nitrogen removal were studied.Three strains with good adaptability were selected to form a complex flora,and the removal effect of NO_(3)-N was investigated.The results showed that when sodium citrate was the only carbon source,the ratio of C/N was 4,the temperature was 30℃,the pH value was 8,and the inoculation volume ratio was 2%,the removal rate of NO_(3)-N was 98.6%after 48 hours.
