CNP模式在主动脉夹层术后低氧血症患者中的应用观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究临床护理路径(CNP)模式在主动脉夹层术后低氧血症患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月—2020年5月本院收治的主动脉夹层术后低氧血症患者88例作为研究对象,根据建档顺序不同分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各44例。对照组接受常规护理,于此基础上观察组接受CNP模式护理服务。比较两组临床指标(入住ICU时间、机械通气时间、住院时间)、干预前后呼吸参数[二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、血氧分压(PaO_(2))、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))]变化、并发症情况。结果观察组入住ICU、机械通气及住院等时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后PaO_(2)、SpO_(2)高于干预前,PaCO_(2)低于干预前;且干预后观察组PaO_(2)、SpO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率2.27%低于对照组18.18%(P<0.05)。结论在主动脉夹层术后低氧血症患者护理工作中,CNP模式可改善患者呼吸功能,促进术后康复,降低相关并发症风险。 Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)model in patients with hypoxemia after aortic dissection surgery.Methods A total of 88 patients with hypoxemia after aortic dissection surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of filing,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and on this basis,the observation group received CNP model nursing services.Clinical indicators(ICU admission time,mechanical ventilation time,hospitalization time),changes in respiratory parameters[carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO_(2)),blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2)),blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))] before and after intervention,complications were compared between the two groups.Results The time of admission to ICU,mechanical ventilation and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).PaO_(2)and SpO_(2)of the two groups after the intervention were higher than those before the intervention,and PaCO_(2) was lower than that before the intervention;and the PaO_(2) and SpO_(2) of the observation group were higher than that in the control group,PaCO_(2) was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 2.27%which was lower than 18.18%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the nursing work of patients with hypoxemia after aortic dissection surgery,CNP mode could improve the respiratory function of patients,promote postoperative recovery,and reduce the risk of related complications.
