水泥自动配料系统的旁线元素分析仪研究

Research on Automatic Cement Batching System of Sideline Element Analyzer

为提升水泥配料生产智能化水平,基于水泥生产工艺特点及在线检测技术发展,开发基于中子活化原理的水泥旁线元素分析仪自动配料系统。此系统通过对水泥物料元素的实时精确检测及自动配比调整,实现对水泥元素含量的稳定控制。经过现场应用验证,分析仪各元素测量精度较高,自动配料效果明显,能够有效指导生产,降低水泥生产成本,提升水泥质量。

In order to improve the intelligent level of cement proportion production,based on the characteristics of cement production process and the development of online analysis technology,an automatic proportion system of cement by-pass element analyzer based on neutron activation principle was developed.The system realizes the stable control of cement element content through real-time and accurate analysis of cement material element and auto proportion adjustment.The field application verification shows that the analyzer has high measuring accuracy of each element and obvious auto proportion effect,which can effectively guide the production,reduce the cost of cement production and improve the quality of cement.
