足球振兴语境下我国社会足球发展的现实考量与实践路径

Realistic Consideration and Practical Path of China’s Social Football Development in the Context of Football Revitalization

社会足球发展是国家足球振兴的关键议题和基本要素。笔者运用文献资料和专家访谈等方法,对我国社会足球发展的内涵、价值与困境进行了系统梳理。认为保障体系有待完善、监管制度亟待优化、反馈机制尚未形成是制约社会足球价值彰显的主要瓶颈。提出:厘清社会足球发展的本质属性,树立核心发展理念;加大政府支持力度,完善社会足球法治体系建设;推进多元主体协同发展,构建社会足球可持续发展格局等是发展社会足球,助力足球振兴的重要举措。

Social football development is a key issue and basic element of national football revitalization.By using the methods of literature review and expert interview,this paper systematically sorts out the connotation,value and dilemma of the development of social football in China,and holds that the main bottlenecks restricting the display of social football value are the guarantee system to be perfected,the supervision system to be optimized and the feedback mechanism to be formed.It is put forward that clarifing the essential attribute of social football development,and setting up the core development concept;increasing government support and improving social football legal system construction;promoting the coordinated development of multiple subjects and constructing the sustainable development pattern of social football are important measures to develop social football and promote the revitalization of football.
