健康促进管理模式结合聚焦解决护理对泌尿系结石术后患者健康行为、应对方式、结石复发的影响

Effect of health promotion management model combined with solution-focused nursing on health behavior,coping style and stone recurrence of postoperative patients with urinary calculi

目的探讨健康促进管理模式结合聚焦解决护理在泌尿系结石术后患者中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月收治的100例泌尿系结石术后患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(50例,常规护理+基于健康促进管理模式+聚焦解决护理)和对照组(50例,常规护理)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的健康行为各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率及复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康促进管理模式结合聚焦解决护理可改善泌尿系结石术后患者的健康行为及应对方式,降低并发症发生率及结石复发率。

Objective To explore the application value of health promotion management model combined with solution-focused nursing in postoperative patients with urinary calculi.Methods A total of 100 postoperative patients with urinary calculi admitted from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group(50 cases,routine nursing+health promotion management model+solution-focused nursing)and control group(50 cases,routine nursing)by random number table.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of health behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of positive coping in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of negative coping was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health promotion management model combined with solution-focused nursing can improve the health behavior and coping style of postoperative patients with urinary calculi,and reduce the incidence of complications and stone recurrence rate.
