摘要
创新工程技术人才是企业创新能力的核心,实现企业创新工程技术人才的在岗培养,提升他们的创新能力具有重要的现实意义。本文基于技术创新知识累进原理,剖析了企业研发组织,总结了工程技术人才的四类关键角色。依据创新应用能力等级国家标准,构建了创新工程技术人才应具备的技术创新知识阶梯。归纳了基于技术创新知识累进的企业工程技术人才创新能力进阶过程,并进一步扩展为企业创新工程技术人才的专业创新和创新管理发展通道。最后,总结该模式在企业创新工程技术人才培养中的应用启示与建议,以期丰富以企业为主的继续工程教育实践,为进一步推动企业创新工程技术人才教育提供参考。
Innovative engineering talents play key roles in innovative capabilities of enterprises.It is of great practical value to achieve goals of uplifting innovative competences of engineering talents in enterprise through the on-job training programs.This paper firstly summarized four key roles played by technological innovative talents and analyzed their main responsibilities in innovations by investigated companies’R&D activities;Secondly,this paper proposed a knowledge ladder consisting of knowledge elements from national standard of innovative application capabilities for developing technological innovation capabilities of innovative engineers in enterprises;Subsequently,a training mode is formulated for innovative engineers through the progression of knowledge ladder and it further develops into two specific pipelines of innovation specialist and innovation managers for innovative engineering talents;At the last,suggestions and insights on applications of the proposed on-job training mode of innovative engineering talents are summarized to provide a feasible way to enrich practices of enterprises-oriented continuous engineering education and to drive innovative engineering talents training in enterprises.
