场景化互动:高校内部治理权力运作的微空间机制 被引量:5

摘要 高等教育普及化新情景下,高校内部治理面临外部行政权力同化与内部行政权力异化的悖论式困境。高校组织科层化特征明显,加上外部行政权力同化影响,行政权力在运作中不断扩张,学术权力在实践挑战中被动收缩。同时行政权利的职业规范程度不够,学术权利的专业保障力度不足。"行政—学术"和"权力—权利"两组概念形成多重行为逻辑,构成高校内部主体交往时的四类无形边界,产生五种互动场景。主体循教育价值与教育事件本义展开场景化互动,是对高等教育空间的现象学还原,为理解高校内部权力日常运作提供了微结构化观察视角。 Under the new landscape of popularization of higher education,colleges and universities have been facing a paradoxical scenario of assimilation by external administrative power and alienation by internal administrative power.Systematic administrative power is planted into the colleges and universities’bureaucratic system,and expands itself through daily operation.The academic right is relatively drawing back.Administration-academia and power-right are two pairs of basic concepts that shape the inner environment,and also carve four interaction boundaries and five interactive types.The scenario-sensitive educational interaction among different subjects following educational values and the original meaning of educational events,is an approach of phenomenological reduction to higher education space,and offers a micro framework to analyze the internal power mechanism of colleges and universities.
