南疆沙漠地区沥青结合料老化规律及力学性能衰变规律研究 被引量:3

Research on the Aging and Decay Law of Mechanical Properties of Asphalt Binders in the Desert Area of Southern Xinjiang

摘要 结合南疆沙漠地区特殊的气候特征,进行该地区沥青结合料特殊的老化规律及沥青结合料力学性能衰变规律的研究工作。基于南疆沙漠地区不同服役阶段旧沥青混合料,通过混合料抽提试验回收该地区不同服役阶段沥青结合料中的旧沥青,采用沥青4组分测试技术对不同服役阶段的沥青进行组分分离测试,确定南疆沙漠地区沥青老化规律。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、小梁弯曲试验、弯曲梁流变试验等对沥青结合料力学性能进行定量评价,确定南疆沙漠地区不同服役阶段沥青结合料的力学衰变规律。研究结果表明,南疆沙漠地区特殊的高温气候导致沥青结合料的老化进程及老化效应极其显著,同时沥青结合料的力学性能发生大幅度衰减,应该寻求相应的抑制沥青老化的技术措施保证沥青材料的耐久性能。研究中获得的该地区沥青结合料的老化规律及力学性能衰变规律,对后续该地区沥青混合料的优化设计、沥青抑制老化技术的开发等具有一定指导意义。 Combined with the special climatic characteristics of the desert areas in southern Xinjiang, the researches on the special aging law of asphalt binder and the decay law of the mechanical properties of asphalt binder are carried out. Based on the old asphalt mixtures of different service stages in the desert area of southern Xinjiang, the mixture extraction test is conducted to obtain the asphalt binders of different service stages in the area. Asphalt four-component testing technology is used to separate the components of asphalt at different service stages to determine the aging law of asphalt in the desert areas of southern Xinjiang. The mechanical properties are evaluated quantitatively using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), asphalt binder beam bending test, and asphalt binder bending beam rheological test. The mechanical decay law of asphalt binders at different service stages in the desert areas of southern Xinjiang is determined. The research results show that the aging process and aging effect of asphalt binder caused by the particular high temperature climate in the desert area of southern Xinjiang is extremely significant, resulting in a substantial decay of the mechanical properties of asphalt binder. The technical measures to inhibit the aging of asphalt should be taken to ensure the durability of asphalt materials. Aging and mechanical property decay laws of asphalt binders in the region obtained in this study are of great significance for the subsequent optimization of asphalt mixture design and the development of asphalt anti-aging measures in the region.
