摘要
介绍了新型屏蔽结构的平滑铝套高压电缆的研发背景,通过仿真软件对平滑铝套电缆进行电场和弯曲性能仿真分析,对平滑铝套高压电缆的结构设计进行了较为详细的阐述。通过载流量对比试验,试验结果表明平滑铝套电缆载流量比皱纹铝套电缆提升5.5%,平滑铝套高压电缆可以极大地提升系统运行的安全性。
The research and development background of the new type of shield smooth aluminum sets of high voltage cable were introduced, through the simulation software to flat aluminum cable sets electric field and bending performance simulation analysis, the structure of smooth aluminum sets of high voltage cable were discussed in detail.Through the comparison experiments of carrying capacity, flat aluminum set ofcurrent-carrying than corrugated aluminium sheath cable 5.5% increased, smooth aluminum sets of high voltage cable can greatly improve the security of the system isrunning.
