摘要
介绍了高压电缆线路采用金属护套交叉互联电缆本体不换位方式设计时金属护套接地环流的现状,以及国家电网公司和南方电网公司对于接地环流的技术要求。提出了接地环流产生的原理,结合部分电力公司的实际案例,指出了接地环流可能对高压电缆线路产生的潜在危害,分析了影响接地环流的若干因素,给出了在相应影响因素下接地环流值及负荷占比。针对影响环流的因素,提出了有效的解决措施和方法,为高压电缆线路使用交叉互联设计以及改造提供了技术支持。
The metal sheath grounding circulating situation was introduced when the high voltage cable line was designed in the mode of the non transposition cable body with the metal sheath cross interconnection,and the technical requirements of State Grid Corporation and Southern Power Grid Corporation for grounding circulating current.Then the principle of high voltage cable metal sheath grounding circulating current was proposed.Combined with the actual cases of the power company,it pointed out the potential harm of circulating current to high voltage cable line.Then the affecting factors about the circulating current was analyzed.The grounding circulating current value and load proportion under the corresponding influence factors were given.At last the solution ways of the circulating current were proposed.It provides guidance for the design of high voltage cable line.
