摘要
鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎是社区获得性肺炎(CAP)少见类型之一,临床症状及影像学无特异性。本文报道1例重症鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎,常规实验室检查结果阴性,前期治疗疗效欠佳,最后通过二代测序技术明确病原体,更改抗生素后疗效确切。临床高度怀疑少见病原体感染,而其他实验室检查无阳性结果前提下,尽早行二代测序技术明确病原体,以便从经验性抗感染治疗转为目标抗感染治疗,可以缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用。
Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia is one of the rare types of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP),with non-specific clinical symptoms and imaging.A case of severe Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia was reported in this paper.The results of routine laboratory examination were negative,and early treatment failed.Finally,the pathogen was identified by next-generation sequencing(NGS)technology,and it is effective after changing the antibiotics.We should use NGS technology early to identify pathogens when no positive results of other laboratory tests and rare pathogens was suspected.In that case,we can treat patient from empirical anti-infective therapy to target anti-infective therapy in order to shorten hospital stay and reduce medical cost.
