摘要
目的调查安徽省急危重症科护士职业获益感现状,分析其影响因素,为护理管理者采取针对性措施提供理论依据。方法于2020年6-7月采用方便抽样法选择安徽省25家医院的420名护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷和护士职业获益感问卷对其进行调查。结果急危重症科护士职业获益感总分为(133.10±20.73)分,得分最低和最高的维度分别是正向职业感知和良好护患关系,得分为(3.7±0.76)分和(4.29±0.69)分;婚姻状况、年龄、子女状况、职务和每月夜班数是影响护士职业获益感的主要因素。结论安徽省急危重症科护士职业获益感处于中等水平,仍有提升空间,护理管理人员可以根据其影响因素,采取多种培养方法,提升职业获益感。
Objective This paper aims to investigate the status quo of nurses'occupational benefit feeling in emergency and critical care department in Anhui province and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for nursing managers to take targeted measures.Methods From June to July 2020,a total of 420 nurses were selected from the department of emergency and critical care in Anhui province by convenience sampling method,and they were investigated by general information questionnaire and nurses'occupational benefit questionnaire.Results The total score of nurses'occupational benefit feeling in emergency and critical care department was(133.10±20.73),the lowest and highest dimensions were positive occupational perception and good nurse patient relationship with the scores of(3.7±0.76)and(4.29±0.69)respectively.Moreover,marital status,age,offspring's status,position,and the number of night shifts per month were the main factors influencing the occupational benefit feeling of nurses.Conclusions Nurses'occupational benefit feeling in emergency and critical care department in Anhui province is at the medium level,and there is still room for improvement.Nursing managers could take a variety of training methods to improve nurses'occupational benefit feeling according to the mentioned influencing factors.
