环保型PVC人造革表面消光处理剂的制备及在体育器材中的应用

Preparation of Environment Friendly Surface Matting Agent for PVC Artificial Leather and Its Application in Sports Equipment

针对溶剂型人造革表面消光处理剂在使用过程中,有机溶剂挥发排放造成环境污染的问题,提出以改性后水性聚氨酯(WPU)作为主要成膜物质,制备一种环保型PVC人造革表面消光处理剂。通过对其基本配方进行优化,研究了最佳配方制备的环保型PVC人造革消光处理剂性能变化。结果表明:消光剂在消光粉加入量0.1%~0.2%,水性色膏的添加量6%~8%,交联剂用量为1.5%~2.0%,流平剂加入量为0.01%~0.02%时性能最佳。以此配方制备的消光剂储存稳定性良好,光泽度小于10%,干湿擦等级高于4级,其余性能皆满足相关标准,可投入市场生产使用。将制备的消光剂对人造革进行处理,以运动鞋和足球为例皆表现良好,证实经过本文制备的消光剂处理的人造革,可在体育器材中进行应用。

In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by the volatile emission of organic solvent during the use of solvent based matting agent for synthetic leather,an environmental friendly matting agent for PVC synthetic leather was prepared by using modified waterborne polyurethane( WPU) as the main film-forming material. Through the optimization of the basic formula,the performance change of the environmental friendly matting agent for PVC artificial leather was studied. The results show that when the amount of matting agent in matting powder is 0. 1% ~ 0. 2%,the addition of water-based color paste is 6% ~ 8%,the dosage of crosslinking agent is 1. 5% ~2. 0%,the content of leveling agent is 0. 01% ~ 0. 02%,the performance is the best. The matting agent prepared by this formula has good storage stability. Glossiness is less than 10%. The dry and wet rubbing grade is higher than grade 4. Other properties meet the relevant standards and can be put into market production. Taking sports shoes and football as examples,the artificial leather treated with the matting agent can be used in sports equipment.
