摘要
以剑阁柏木为研究对象,探究其种子在不同温度、不同光照条件以及不同含水率下的发芽特征,分析种子萌发周期和最适发芽条件,目的是为剑阁柏木的种子繁殖提供基础的理论依据。研究发现:剑阁柏木种子适宜的发芽温度范围是15℃~25℃,10℃温度过低不利于种子发芽。在适宜温度范围内,种子发芽周期为25天左右。在试验设定的温度中,20℃是剑阁柏木种子的最适发芽温度,此温度下种子最高发芽率为18.7%,最小T50为11.7 d。在设定的两种光照条件下,种子人工光照条件下的发芽率显著高于全黑暗条件下。
We take Cupressus Chengiana Var. Jiangeensis(N. Zhao) Silba as the research object to explore its seed germination characteristics under different temperatures, light conditions and moisture contents, and analyse the germination period and optimum germination temperature of its seeds, in order to provide theoretical basis for the seed breeding of Cupressus Chengiana Var. Jiangeensis(N. Zhao) Silba. The results of this study are as follows: The suitable temperature range for seed germination of Cupressus Chengiana Var. Jiangeensis(N. Zhao) Silba is 15~25℃, and low temperature at 10℃ is not conducive to seed germination. Within the suitable germination temperature range, the germination period of the seed is about 25 days.Among the temperature gradients set in the experiment, 20 ℃ is the optimal germination temperature for the seed, at which the highest germination rate and the minimum T50 were 18.7% and 11.7 d respectively. The germination rate of the seed under artificial light condition is significantly higher than that under total darkness condition.
