摘要
随着时代进步和科技发展,现代化的办公设备在给人们生活带来便利的同时,也使犯罪的方式和手段更加现代化。近年来出现的利用复印机伪造纸张物证签名笔迹鉴定的案件呈逐年上升的趋势,剖析利用复印机伪造纸张物证签名笔迹鉴定的案件很有必要。伪造纸张物证签名笔迹,是一种高智能的伪造签名手段,其隐蔽性强、检验难度大,公安文检技术人员利用物证检验显微镜检测结果进行佐证,可以鉴别纸张物证签名笔迹的真伪。在纸张物证司法鉴定实践中,只要文检鉴定人员能详细、深入了解案情,全面掌握新技术和对新仪器设备的操作使用,可以检出伪造纸张物证签名笔迹的痕迹特征。综合利用纸张物证司法鉴定的各种技术检验方法,可用于提高纸张物证司法鉴定结论的准确性与客观性,为案件的侦查、调查和法庭审理提供可靠的线索和诉讼物证证据。
With the progress of the times and the development of science and technology,modern office equipment not only brings convenience to people’s life,but also makes the ways and means of crime more modern.In recent years,the number of cases using photocopiers to forge paper evidence signature handwriting identification has increased year by year.It is necessary to analyze the cases of using copiers to forge paper physical evidence signature handwriting identification.Forgery of paper physical evidence signature handwriting is a high intelligent forgery signature method,which has strong concealment and difficult inspection.Public security document inspection technicians can identify the authenticity of paper physical evidence signature handwriting by using the results of physical evidence inspection microscope.The practice of forensic identification of paper material evidence,as long as the document inspection and identification personnel can understand the case in detail and in-depth,and fully master the new technology and the operation and use of new instruments and equipment,the trace characteristics of forged paper material evidence signature handwriting can be detected.The comprehensive use of various technical test methods of paper evidence forensic can be used to improve the accuracy and objectivity of paper evidence forensic conclusion,and provide reliable clues and litigation evidence for case investigation,investigation and court trial.
