Taking the new scientific research building project in Shanghai North High Tech Development Zone as background,the construction technology of super large deep foundation pit adjacent to the old plant and chimney is studied.Through the comprehensive utilization of various protection measures such as design and construction,the stability and safety of surrounding old plants and chimneys are ensured while ensuring the construction quality and construction period of deep foundation pit.The summarized experience can provide reference for similar projects.
