摘要
针对框架梁截面增大施工中出现的施工作业空间狭小、新老混凝土结合处易错台、需凿除多余混凝土等施工难题,采用连通器的原理,在增大截面梁侧模和楼板上开孔,设置由PVC管及弯头、漏斗组成的连通器,通过调节板面连通漏斗高度来调整灌浆液压力,实现灌浆施工。经工程实践,该方法具有操作简便、质量易保证、加快进度、节能环保等优点,可为类似加固工程提供参考。
In view of the difficulties in the construction of frame beam section enlargement,such as limited construction working space,incorrectly placed platform at the junction of new and old concrete,and the need to chisel out excess concrete,the principle of connector is adopted.Holes are opened on the side formwork of enlarged section beams and floor slabs,and the connector composed of PVC pipe,elbow and funnel is set to adjust the grouting fluid pressure by adjusting the height of connecting funnel on the plate surface,to further realize the grouting construction.Through engineering practice,this method has the advantages of simple operation,easy quality assurance,accelerating progress,energy saving and environmental protection,and can provide reference for similar reinforcement projects.
