摘要
某物流基地项目属于大开间仓储工程,采用现浇钢筋混凝土独立柱+预制装配式混凝土梁板的结构形式。为满足预制结构吊装施工质量要求,在预制异形梁加腋区钢筋锚固时,通过技术创新,进行加腋区灌浆套筒锚固设计,取代传统钢筋锚固留置法。同时,在该锚固结构中灌浆套筒连接部位留置了注浆孔,便于安装后注浆,加腋区的注浆排气孔采用软管延伸到梁截面,保证注浆密实度。该设计既能满足加腋区钢筋锚固装配施工需求,又能提高装配率,节约施工成本。
A logistics base project belongs to a large bay storage project,which adopts the structural form of cast-insitu reinforced concrete independent column+prefabricated concrete beam and slab.In order to meet the quality requirements of precast structure hoisting construction,through technical innovation,the grouting sleeve anchorage design in the haunch area is carried out to replace the traditional reinforcement anchorage and retention method.At the same time,a grouting hole is reserved at the connection part of the grouting sleeve in the anchor structure to facilitate grouting after installation.The grouting exhaust hole in the haunch area is extended to the beam section with a hose to ensure the grouting compactness.The design can not only meet the construction requirements of reinforcement anchorage assembly in haunch area,but also improve the assembly rate and save the construction cost.
