摘要
主要介绍了在高烈度地区超高层建筑的结构设计创新点及施工技术。为响应国家大力发展装配式建筑的要求,综合考虑经济性、可靠性、施工便捷性等需求,设计采用钢框架-钢板墙核心筒全钢结构形式,即核心筒和外框结构全部采用钢结构,从而实现了现场搭积木式的快速施工。针对高烈度区特点,塔楼应用了大量的黏滞阻尼墙,并在施工过程中对结构应力进行监测,确保施工安全。
This paper mainly introduces the structural design innovation and construction technology for super highrise buildings in high intensity areas.In response to the national requirements for vigorously developing prefabricated buildings and comprehensively considering the needs of economy,reliability and construction convenience,the design adopts the form of steel frame-steel plate wall-core tube all steel structure,that is,the core tube and outer frame structure all adopt steel structure,so as to realize the rapid construction of building blocks on site.According to the characteristics of high intensity area,a large number of viscous damping walls are applied to the tower,and the structural stress is monitored during construction to ensure construction safety.
