摘要 结合上海某轨道交通地下车站结构中预制+现浇叠合拱顶结构的应用,研究了拱形顶板结构预制拱板与现浇拱座的结构优化及不规则拱座的施工工艺。首先实现不规则平面形状下拱形顶板结构的建筑设计,其次提出预制拱板与现浇拱座的分界工艺,最后根据三维拱座坐标提出截面拱座的结构及定位测量、支模、浇筑等工艺,达到提高车站空间利用率、保证施工精度、降低预制拱板拼装难度的效果,确保叠合拱形顶板结构的顺利实施。 Combined with the application of precast+cast-in-situ composite vault structure in the structure of a rail transit underground station in Shanghai,the structural optimization of precast arch slab and cast-in-situ arch abutment of arch roof structure and the construction technology of irregular arch abutment are studied.Firstly,the architectural design of arch roof structure under irregular plane shape is realized.Secondly,the boundary process between precast arch slab and cast-in-situ arch abutment is proposed.Finally,the structure,positioning measurement,formwork erection and pouring of section arch abutment are proposed according to the three-dimensional arch abutment coordinates,so as to improve the space utilization rate of the station,ensure the construction accuracy and reduce the difficulty of precast arch plate assembly,and ensure the smooth implementation of the superimposed arch roof structure.
