摘要
结合温州市七都大桥北汊桥工程主通航孔索塔的施工,对独柱式变截面长圆形索塔的施工关键技术进行了研究。鉴于主塔结构形式,经分析后决定,下塔柱施工采用整体定型钢模板模架一体化施工工艺,中塔柱和上塔柱采用液压爬模施工工艺,利用定型筋性骨架进行钢筋的安装和固定,钢锚梁、钢牛腿及索导管于塔侧平台上拼装、整体吊装定位,主塔混凝土采用汽车泵和固定泵配合浇筑的方式,并在主塔施工过程中,严格把控各道工序的施工质量和进度,确保主塔按期封顶。总结的经验可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Combined with the construction of the cable tower of the main navigation hole of the North Branch bridge project of Qidu bridge in Wenzhou,the key construction technologies of the single column variable section long circular cable tower are studied.In view of the structural form of the main tower,after analysis,it is decided that the integrated construction process of integrally customized steel formwork and frame is adopted for the construction of the lower tower column,the hydraulic climbing formwork construction process is adopted for the middle tower column and the upper tower column,the customized rigid skeleton is used for the installation and fixation of the reinforcement,and the steel anchor beam,steel bracket and cable conduit are assembled on the tower side platform and are hoisted and positioned as a whole.The concrete of the main tower shall be poured with the cooperation of automobile pump and fixed pump.During the construction of the main tower,the construction quality and progress of each process shall be strictly controlled to ensure that the main tower is capped on schedule.The experience summarized can provide reference for similar projects.
