摘要
为满足大跨度深基坑混凝土支撑浇筑期内基坑稳定性、成本控制以及临时支撑力学性能等各项要求,提出一种适用于大跨度深基坑的井字形临时钢支撑支护体系,并通过数值模拟和工程实例对临时钢支撑最大支撑轴力、地下连续墙最大变形量以及地表最大沉降等方面研究该支护方案的可行性。研究结果表明,在混凝土支撑浇筑、基坑裸露期内,井字形临时钢支撑方案能够满足基坑的稳定性、临时支撑力学性能和经济性的要求,符合基坑标准要求。研究成果对大跨度深基坑裸露期的临时支护设计有一定的工程指导作用。
In order to meet the requirements of foundation pit stability,cost control and mechanical properties of temporary support during the concrete support pouring period of long-span deep foundation pit,a井shaped temporary steel support system suitable for long-span deep foundation pit is proposed,and the maximum support axial force of temporary steel support is analyzed through numerical simulation and engineering examples.The feasibility of the support scheme is studied in terms of the maximum deformation of diaphragm wall and the maximum surface settlement.The results show that during the period of concrete support pouring and foundation pit exposure,the井shaped temporary steel support scheme can meet the requirements of foundation pit stability,temporary support mechanical properties and economy,and meet the requirements of foundation pit standards.The research results have a certain engineering guiding role for the temporary support design of long-span deep foundation pit during the exposed period.
