M形屋架张拉施工过程监测研究

摘要 针对M形屋架钢结构施工控制所涉及的控制策略、参数影响性分析、结构受力体系转换、卸载千斤顶设置控制等关键内容进行了重点研究,确定了以钢结构控制为主,以支座、U形管的拉杆、临时支杆力控制为辅的施工控制方法。利用有限元计算软件Midas/Gen,进行M形屋架的施工全过程模拟,分析了整个张拉过程中各拉杆轴力、临时支杆内力及支座位移的变化趋势,并与实测数据进行对比分析,进而判断屋架结构在施工过程中的安全状态。 This paper focuses on the control strategy,parameter influence analysis,structural stress system transformation,unloading Jack setting control and other key contents involved in the construction control of M-shaped roof truss steel structure,and determines the construction control method based on steel structure control and supplemented by the force control of support,pull rod of U-shaped pipe and temporary support rod.Using the finite element calculation software Midas/Gen,the whole construction process of M-shaped roof truss is simulated,the variation trends of axial force of each tie rod,internal force of temporary support rod and support displacement in the whole tensioning process are analyzed,and compared with the measured data,so as to assess the safety state of roof truss structure in the construction process.
