摘要
以某大型钢结构制造企业为例,通过对产量分布、质量控制、劳动效率等基本数据的分析,研判外协生产管理体系方面存在的问题,从组织形态、管理模式、职能管理等多个维度提出了可行性建议,可为同类型钢结构制造企业提供经验借鉴。
Taking a large steel structure manufacturing enterprise as an example,through the analysis of the basic data such as output distribution,quality control and labor efficiency,this paper studies and judges the problems existing in the outsourcing production management system,and puts forward feasible suggestions from multiple dimensions of organization form,management mode and functional management,which can provide experience for the same type of steel structure manufacturing enterprises.
