外专业住院医师短期轮转超声医学基地规范化培训质量调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the quality of standardized training in short-term rotation ultrasound medical base for Non-ultrasound major residents

目的探讨外专业住院医师在超声医学基地短期轮转培训的效果。方法选取2021年1—6月轮转至陆军军医大学第二附属医院超声科且符合纳入标准的27名住院医师作为研究对象,采取入科及出科问卷的形式,回顾性分析短期轮转质量与评价。结果本调查研究共收到有效问卷27份。入科调查问卷显示既往开具过超声检查申请单者16名(59.26%);接触过超声仪器者7名(25.93%);不了解超声医学基础者15名(55.56%);不了解超声医学科接诊流程者17名(62.96%)。超声专业知识需求方面前三项分别是心脏超声(96.29%)、腹部超声(88.89%)、超声报告术语及临床关联(70.37%)。出科调查问卷显示短期轮转后对超声医学科接诊流程及报告系统操作掌握与熟悉情况较好,对超声物理基础、妇科及产科正常声像图掌握与熟悉情况最差,且出科以后仍有求而未得的超声专业知识。结论现阶段外专业住院医师轮转超声医学基地短期规范化培训质量并不理想。应当根据住院医师专业特点及自身需求强化理论知识功底,紧贴临床实际合理分组,分层递进规范考核,改善教学方法与侧重点,培养更加全面的医学人才。

Objective To explore the effect of short-term training of non-ultrasound major residents in the ultrasound department.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among non-ultrasound residents who were transferred to the Ultrasound Department Base of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from January to June 2021.The content included the questionnaire for admission and withdrawal of residents who did not specialize in ultrasound standardized training.Results A total of 27 valid questionnaires were received.The admission questionnaire showed that 16(59.26%)had previously issued ultrasound application forms,7(25.93%)had been exposed to ultrasound instruments,15(55.56%)did not understand the basis of ultrasound medicine,and 17(62.96%)did not understand the receiving process of ultrasound department,and the three items in front of the demand for ultrasound professional knowledge were Echocardiography(96.29%),abdomen ultrasound(88.89%),and ultrasound report terms and clinical relevance(70.37%).The questionnaire showed that after short-term rotation,residents are more familiar with the operation and reporting system of ultrasonic medical reception.On the physics basis,obstetrics and gynecology normal imaging grasp is poor.In addition,after the rotation is over,the residents still have ultrasound knowledge that they want to learn but have not learned.Conclusion At present,the quality of short-term training for non-ultrasound residents is not ideal.According to the professional characteristics and needs of residents,we should strengthen theoretical knowledge,reasonable grouping,hierarchical progress,standardize assessment,improve teaching methods and emphasis,and train more comprehensive medical talents.
