标配定位模式在急诊严重多发伤患者急救中的应用效果

Analysis of the application effect of standard positioning mode in treatment of patients with severe multiple injuries in emergency department

目的探讨标配定位在急诊严重多发伤患者的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月期间湖北六七二中西医结合骨科医院急诊进行抢救的严重多发伤患者70例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例,对照组采用传统的抢救方式,观察组采用标配定位模式,比较两组患者完成采集心电图、采集静脉血、开放静脉通路、动脉血气分析、呼吸支持、气道清理、ECG监测、留置导尿需要的时间、患者生存情况及抢救护理满意度。结果观察组患者完成每项不同抢救护理项目所需的时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的抢救成功率为94.29%,高于对照组患者的抢救成功率85.71%(P<0.05);观察组各项抢救护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急诊严重多发伤急救中应用标配定位模式,可以有效减少完成急救护理项目的时间,提高抢救成功率、抢救护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of standard positioning in the treatment of patients with severe multiple injuries in emergency department.Methods Seventy patients with severe multiple injuries rescued in Hubei 672 Orthopaedics Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional rescue method,while the observation group was treated with standard positioning mode.The time required for ECG collection,venous blood collection,open venous pathway,arterial gas and blood analysis,respiratory support,airway clearance,ECG monitoring,indwelling catheterization,survival and nursing satisfaction with rescue were compared between the two groups.Results The time required for patients in the observation group to complete each different rescue nursing was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rescue success rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than that of control group(85.71%,P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of rescue nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standard positioning mode can effectively reduce the time for completing emergency nursing,and improve the success rate and satisfaction of emergency nursing of patients with severe multiple injuries in emergency department,which is worth popularizing.
