基于数据挖掘的中药汤剂联合化疗治疗胰腺癌的用药规律分析

Analysis of Medication Regularity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer Based on Data Mining

目的整理中药联合化疗治疗胰腺癌的文献数据,分析其用药规律。方法通过检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库中中药联合化疗治疗胰腺癌的文献,筛选后用Excel及SPSS Statistics、SPSS Modeler进行关联规则分析及系统聚类分析。结果共纳入符合条件文献77篇,发表年份为2000年至2020年,共计175味不同中药,共计使用中药1117次,基本方78首;使用频次前3的中药为茯苓、白术、半夏;中药功效以补虚类药物最多见,性味归经统计分别以温、苦味、脾经最多见;关联规则分析得到核心药对及药组合共20个;系统聚类分析得出核心药物组合6类。结论中药汤剂联合化疗治疗胰腺癌的核心药物为茯苓、白术、半夏;治法以健脾益气扶正固本为主,代表方剂为六君子汤,同时以活血化瘀,疏肝行气,清热化湿,解毒祛邪以治标。

Objective To sort out the literature data on the treatment of pancreatic cancer with traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy,and to analyze its medication rules.Methods The literature of Chinese medicine combined chemotherapy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer were searched in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and CBM.After screening,we used Excel,SPSS Statistics and SPSS Modeler to perform association rule analysis and systematic cluster analysis.Results A total of 77 eligible documents were included.The publication year was 2000-2020.A total of 175 different Chinese medicines were used.A total of 1117 Chinese medicines were used and 78 basic prescriptions were used.The top 3 Chinese medicines used were Poria,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,and Rhizoma Pinelliae;Tonic drugs were the most common,and the nature,flavor,and channel tropism were most common in the warm,bitter,and spleen meridian.The association rule analysis yielded 20 core drug pairs and drug combinations.The systematic cluster analysis showed 6 core drug combinations.Conclusion The core drugs of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer are Poria,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,and Rhizoma Pinelliae.The main method of treatment is to invigorate spleen and replenish qi,enforce health qi and secure the root.The representative prescription is Liujunzi Decoction.At the same time,it can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,soothe the liver and activate qi,clear away heat and dampness,detoxify and remove pathogenic factors.
