从符号传播学角度探寻上海社区景观设施的形塑意义

Exploring the Significance of Shaping Shanghai Community Landscape Facilities from the Perspective of Symbol Communication

本文选取上海居住社区中的公共景观设施,以“墙饰”和“廊庭”为例,结合现场调研、文献探讨和视觉符号分析方法,探寻设施形式符号背后的多层含义,探讨社区景观设施的功能与属性,论证社区公共设施与环境营造和居民生活品质之间的密切关系。指出城市社区公共设施是社区群体意识的实物载体,不仅能解决社区居民实际生活所需,更有表达居民审美意愿和形塑社区文化语境的意义。本文借用皮尔斯的“符号三元论”来分析景观设施物质构件,研究内容包括“符号形式”“符号基本含义”与“社区语境含义”三部分。

This paper selects the public landscape facilities in Shanghai residential communities,with"wall decorations'*and"corridors and courts"as an example,combined with field research,literature discussion and visual symbol analysis method,to explore the multilayer significance of the forms and symbols in those facilities.It also attempts to explore their functions and properties,and demonstrate the close relationship between community public facilities in environment making and the quality of the residents’life.It points out that urban community public facilities are the physical carrier of community group consciousness,which can not only solve the actual life needs of community residents,but also have the significance of expressing residents'aesthetic will and shaping the cultural context of the community.This paper uses Pierce's"Semiotic Triads"to analyze the material components of the landscape facilities,including three parts:"the symbolic form","the basic meaning of the symbol"and"the meaning of the community context".
