青少年近视患者视网膜黄斑区微循环改变与其视力及眼屈光度的相关性

摘要 目的:探讨分析青少年近视患者视网膜黄斑区微循环的改变与其视力及眼屈光度的相关性。方法:选取60例青少年健康体检者及60例青少年近视患者作为研究对象。将60例青少年健康体检者作为正常组,将60例青少年近视患者作为近视组。对比两组青少年的视网膜黄斑区微循环情况(评价指标包括细胞聚集的积分、血流状态的积分、血管襻周渗出的积分和血液流速的积分)、视力及眼屈光度,并分析近视组患者视网膜黄斑区微循环的改变与其视力及眼屈光度的相关性。结果:1)近视组患者的视力低于正常组体检者,其眼屈光度大于正常组体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)近视组患者细胞聚集的积分、血流状态的积分及血管襻周渗出的积分均高于正常组体检者,其血液流速的积分低于正常组体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3)进行Pearson相关性分析的结果显示,近视组患者细胞聚集的积分、血流状态的积分及血管襻周渗出的积分与其视力呈负相关,其血液流速的积分与其视力呈正相关。4)进行Pearson相关性分析的结果显示,近视组患者细胞聚集的积分、血流状态的积分及血管襻周渗出的积分与其眼屈光度呈正相关,其血液流速的积分与其眼屈光度呈负相关。结论:青少年近视患者视网膜黄斑区微循环的改变与其视力及眼屈光度密切相关。 Objective:To investigate and analyze the correlation between the changes of macular microcirculation and visual acuity and diopter in adolescent myopia patients.Methods:60 adolescent healthy physical examination and 60 adolescent myopia patients were selected as the research object.Sixty healthy adolescents were selected as the normal group and 60 adolescents were selected as the myopic group.Compared two groups of juvenile macular area of microcirculation of evaluation indexes(including cell aggregates of integral,integral state of blood flow,blood vessels and blood flow velocity loop weeks out of the integral points),visual acuity and eye diopter,and analyze the myopia group of patients with macular area microcirculation change correlation with its vision and eye diopter.Results:1)The visual acuity of the myopic group was lower than that of the normal group,and the eye diopter was higher than that of the normal group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2)The scores of cell aggregation,blood flow status and peripheral exudation in the myopic group were higher than those in the normal group,and the scores of blood flow velocity were lower than those in the normal group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3)The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the integral of cell aggregation,blood flow status and exudation around vascular loops were negatively correlated with the visual acuity in the myopic group,and the integral of blood flow velocity was positively correlated with the visual acuity.4)The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the integral of cell aggregation,blood flow status and exudation around vascular loops were positively correlated with ocular diopter in the myopic group,while the integral of blood flow velocity was negatively correlated with ocular diopter.Conclusion:The changes of macular microcirculation in adolescent myopia are closely related to their visual acuity and diopter.
