中医综合疗法治疗三叉神经痛的效果观察

Clinical observation on trigeminal neuralgia treated by TCM comprehensive therapy

目的:探究用中医综合疗法治疗三叉神经痛的临床效果。方法:将2020年1月至2021年5月期间在贵州省思南县民族中医院接受诊治的三叉神经痛患者84例作为研究对象。根据治疗方案的不同将其分为对比组和探究组。为对比组患者采用常规的西药疗法进行治疗,为探究组患者采用中医综合疗法进行治疗。然后对比两组患者治疗的总有效率和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分。结果:1)探究组患者治疗的总有效率(95.24%)高于对比组患者治疗的总有效率(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)治疗前,对比组患者的VAS评分为(8.4±1.6)分,探究组患者的VAS评分为(8.5±1.5)分;两组患者的VAS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,对比组患者的VAS评分为(5.6±0.4)分,探究组患者的VAS评分为(2.1±0.2)分;两组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);探究组患者的VAS评分低于对比组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用中医综合疗法治疗三叉神经痛的临床效果显著,可有效地减轻患者的疼痛症状。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of TCM comprehensive therapy on trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:From January 2020 to May 2021,84 patients with trigeminal neuralgia who were treated in Sinan Ethnic Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guizhou Province were enrolled as subjects.They were divided into comparison group and exploration group according to different treatment schemes.Patients in the contrast group were treated with conventional western medicine therapy,and patients in the exploration group were treated with TCM comprehensive therapy.The total response rate and visual analog scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:1)The total effective rate of the exploration group(95.24%)was higher than that of the control group(71.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)Before treatment,VAS score was(8.4±1.6)in the comparison group and(8.5±1.5)in the exploration group;There was no statistical significance in VAS score between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the comparison group was(5.6±0.4),and that of the exploration group was(2.1±0.2);VAS scores in 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);VAS score of the exploration group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of TCM comprehensive therapy on trigeminal neuralgia is remarkable,which can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients.
