摘要
在当前人口老龄化背景下,随着养生与养老、旅游、休闲健身的融合,“旅居养老”成为养老服务行业的新业态。文章分析康养旅游产业的发展背景及人才需求,以某高职学校为例,剖析“旅居+养老”复合型人才培养的制约因素,提出人才培养的有效路径。一是与大型康养旅居企业合作,组建产业学院;二是推行现代学徒制,组织学生实训,加强校企合作;三是重组导游、健康管理、老年人护理专业课程,科学构建专业群课程体系;四是拓展实习实训基地,提高人才培养质量。
In the context of the current aging population,with the integration of health care and elderly care,tourism,leisure and fitness,"living for the elderly"has become a new business form of the elderly care service industry.This paper analyzes the development background and talent demand of health care tourism industry,takes a higher vocational school as an example,analyzes the restrictive factors of"living and providing for the aged"compound talent training,and puts forward the effective path of talent training.First,cooperate with large-scale health care and living enterprises to establish an industrial college;second,carry out modem apprenticeship system,organize students1 practical training and strengthen school enterprise cooperation;third,reorganize the professional courses of tour guide,health management and elderly nursing,and scientifically construct the professional group curriculum system;fourth,expand the practice and training base and improve the quality of talent training.
