湖湘文化视角下高职院校人文素养课程建设研究

Research on the Curriculum Construction of Humanistic Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges fromthe Perspective of Huxiang Culture

提升高职院校学生的人文素养,不仅是我国职业教育人才培养目标,也符合现代企业需求。作为湖南高职院校,应以湖南本土地域文化——湖湘文化为基础,建设人文素养课程,构建人才培养模式,为当地区域经济建设和社会发展培养德才兼备的职业人才。文章以湖南高职院校为例,对湖湘文化视角下高职院校人文素养课程的建设进行探索。

Improving the humanistic quality of higher vocational college students is not only the talent training goal of vocational education in China,but also in line with the needs of modern enterprises.As Hunan higher vocational colleges,we should build humanistic quality courses and talent training mode based on Hunan local regional culture-Huxiang culture,so as to cultivate professional talents with both political integrity and talent for local regional economic construction and social development.Taking Hunan higher vocational colleges as an example,this paper explores the construction of humanistic quality curriculum in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of Huxiang culture.
