大学生法治教育的迷思与复归探赜

Exploration of the Myth and Reversion of College Students' Legal Education

高校法治教育作为高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,承担着引导学生尊法、知法、用法的重要使命。文章根据对国内综合类院校S大学1200余名学生的调查,发现在法治教育稳步推行之下,课程设置、活动组织和学习效果等方面还存在不足,进而从功利主义的蔓延与人文精神的缺失两方面分析问题成因,并结合新时代习近平法治思想,对高校法治教育提出改进意见。

As an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,legal education in colleges and universities undertakes the important mission of lead students to respect,know and using the law.Based on the survey of more than 1200 students in S university,a comprehensive college in China,it is found that with the steady implementation of legal education,there are still deficiencies in curriculum,activity organization and learning effect,analyzes the causes of the problem from two aspects:the spread of utilitarianism and the lack of humanistic spirit,combined with Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law in the new era,put forward suggestions for the improvement of legal education in colleges and universities.
